The European DORA Regulation requires companies to take "immediate and adequate action" in the event of a security breach. This includes the reporting of security incidents to the relevant authorities, as well as to affected customers, where appropriate. Investment management companies will need to have robust incident management procedures in place to ensure they can respond to security incidents quickly and effectively, and comply with the requirements of the regulation.
