Navigating the slalom of changing requirements

There are many aspects of the build and delivery of a Fund for launch, both operational and technical. All these aspects should be identified during the requirement gathering with the Client and Product Development teams. However, subtle differences between requirements and the existing operating model are sometimes not identified until very close to launch. An instrument, market or a key data source might not be available, resulting in a late change to investment or support process, and always providing a lot of last minute discomfort.
